液体核磁共振技术(NMR)是解析生物大分子高分辨率三维空间结构的重要研究手段,其特点是能够在与生理环境非常相近的溶液环境中研究生物大分子的三维结构,同时还是研究生物大分子的动态性质、生物大分子之间及与小分子相互作用的重要手段。本实验室研究兴趣在于利用液相核磁共振手段结合分子生物学、细胞生物学、分析化学等方法,研究蛋白质、DNA等生物大分子的结构、功能和作用机理。揭示生物大分子在肿瘤发生发展、致病菌基因表达调控、致病及功能性淀粉样蛋白聚集等重要生命过程中发挥的功能及其分子机制。
